Service description
NIS2SelfCheck provides a public-facing domain scan, questionnaire-based readiness assessment, summary reporting, and optional paid follow-up services.
The product is intended as a practical readiness indication. It is not a legal opinion, certification, guarantee of compliance, or penetration test.
What the user confirms
By using the self-check, you confirm that you are authorized to request an external assessment for the submitted domain or that you otherwise have a legitimate reason to request the report.
Passive scan only
The self-check is designed as a passive external review of public signals. It does not intentionally attempt unauthorized access, credential use, or active exploitation.
Reports and limitations
Reports are generated from public technical observations and questionnaire answers. Findings may be incomplete, time-sensitive, or affected by configuration changes after the scan moment.
The report should be used as an input for review and prioritization, not as the sole basis for legal, regulatory, or operational decisions.
Paid detailed report and services
The detailed report is a one-time paid upgrade unlocked after successful payment confirmation. Separate remediation or support services are offered through follow-up contact and are not automatically included in the free scan.
Pricing and payment
Where paid pricing is shown, it is subject to confirmation, tax treatment where applicable, and successful processing by the configured payment provider.
If payment processing fails or the payment provider is unavailable, the detailed report is not unlocked until confirmation is received.
Intellectual property and use of reports
Unless agreed otherwise, the website, report templates, and generated service materials remain the property of the operator or its licensors. The customer may use the purchased or delivered report internally for assessment and follow-up.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-is basis. The operator is not liable for indirect damage, missed opportunities, regulatory conclusions, or losses caused by reliance on an incomplete or outdated public signal.
Applicable law
These terms are intended for a Dutch operator and are governed by Dutch law unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
